Hopefully both the wings and the lions end that slump next season!

  2. Imo the wings are the only one with a excuse. 25 years straight multiple cups. The others don’t have anywhere close to that success.

As a fan of the D squads for 5 decades, this is a rough time. But hope is always right around the corner, whether its trusting in Stevie Y to bring the Wings back to the top where we belong, Coach Campbell restoring the playoff roar for the Honolulu blue in 24, or the Pistons winning the Wemby sweepstakes. Tigers — well the rebuild may have to continue anew. We’re (over-) due for making some playoff noise, and it’s gonna’ happen for more than one of these teams in the next couple of years. It just means we’ll all enjoy them even more!

And the pistons haven’t WON a playoff game in 15 years. 3 appearances. Swept 3 times

Really is the worst time line

  5. dangerzonerob

Man, I grew up spoiled on 90’s Detroit hockey. We will have our streak again!

  6. When was the last time the Pistons made the playoffs??

  7. EvilBillSing

What about playoff wins or championship droughts ?

  8. So lions make it next year.
    Wings the next.
    And tigers the years after

And buffalo still won’t make the playoffs

  9. Brutalitor

Tigers should be better, Al Avila was just one of the worst GMs of the modern era of baseball.

If the lions don’t make a playoff run next year I’ll be heartbroken. Genuinely looked like one of the best teams in the nfc last year at certain points

    Championships>playoff appearances

  12. mostdope28

Detroit sports have been pathetic for last 20 years basically. How do you have 4 teams and they all suck

  13. Strypes4686

Two of those teams won’t be on the list in a couple years…. the other will reach a drought of 10 years.

  14. SaltyPickle1495

Lions are ending the streak next season. Third best team in their conference easily

  15. Suddenly_Sisyphus42

Genuinely think the Wings can make it within the next few years, like within three years tops.

  16. VideoApprehensive

I was thinking the last time the pistons were in was like 15 years ago, but I guess I haven’t been paying attention. Must have been in the Drummond era? I would love it if they were watchable.

Nobody wants to live in Michigan unless you’re a hockey player

Crazy but excited that the Lions are the closest to a Championship

  19. FuzzyGummyBear

You can prematurely change the 6 to a 7 for the Wings.

Lions are ending the streak next year. I’m not even a fan and placed a bet on them to win the north and a bet to win the NFC as a whole.

The wings, hopefully next year it can be broken but more realistically 24/25’ season I think I will be

  21. khanivore34

Ok. But ask about the longest championship droughts, then it becomes a whole other situation.

  22. gmalsparty

And yet, Buffalo still has a playoff series win more recently than the Leafs.

  23. jakellerVi

The fact that the Lions and the Wings are at the same number is very depressing 😂 and the fact that the Lions look like they’ll probably make the playoffs before the Wings do is ever wilder.

  24. MeshuGojira

As a 33 year old, I have to constantly remind myself how blessed I am as a life long Wings fan. My team was in the playoffs my entire life until I was 26. (who remembers year 1) Graduating high school in ’08.. C’mon.

  25. ChrisRaumpz

Sad. The Pistons the worst team in basketball and they don’t make the list. Sending positive vibes to all Detroit fans.

It’s the Ford Family Formula. Put a few good players on the team and for the rest of the team use stiffs and you’ll make tons of money.
