The second one is more impressive, i chalked the first time he did it up to the fact that Detroit defense played him so poorly and gave him so much space as well as the goalie being way to far out but the second is really the opposite, hes played tight between the zone and given limited space and picks an impeccable shot just past him. Laffy evolving into the dad line

I know it’s been forever but as a very long time fan I still think they are at home when I see the white sweaters / jerseys. I mean….. MM & his team lifting the cup in MSG in ‘94 were wearing white.

My son noticed it too. Thanks for posting this. Really cool. The only difference is that it seemed that he shot the puck with a greater force than last year. Last the net was more open. But, regardless, fab goal. Well deserved point.
