it’s unconscionable how slanted the officiating against the Leafs has been. I normally stay away from that discussion but when it’s so blatant…. it hurts the enjoyment of the game. TML is an original six team and the most valuable (or second most) franchise in the NHL. The league better make sure TML and fans are happy. The fact that Matthews drew so few penalties and Bunting and not having 5 on 3s (until it was reported) in favor of Leafs…. plus the entire last years Tampa series being decided by officiating is just demoralizing. Videos and stats don’t lie.
I almost wish there was a WHA out there to improve quality of teams and leagues.
