Mousasi is SO underrated…..he gas over 60 fights in several weight classes……he is in the top 3 fighters in any organization and your casual UFC fan does even know who he is…….Gegard saw the writtng on the wall as far as being in the UFC and kicked rocks to Bellator…….good for him……one of my top 5 fighter
Geghard didn’t get a fair shot throughout his time in the UFC. Dana said he didn’t have a big enough draw so he kept getting passed over. Eventually he would’ve been the champion, no doubt!
Mousasi at his prime was incredible. Look at how he completely overpowers chris's grip and chris is helpless to his. UFC did Gegard dirty—he's a legend who has fought literally every big name in old school ufc.
It's a shame Gegard doesn't get his due respect. Probably the middleweight goat and I'm dead ass serious. This guy has beaten everyone in every weight class lol
I am a huge fan of Mousasi, but he has been known for illegal kicks in the past. Sure, this was a knee, but the point is, he has at least on two occasions used an illegal move on an opponent in a fight. So I am sure the ref was told that going into the fight and was hyper watchful, clouding his judgment.
