  1. I didn't realize how much of an agitator he is, what a pleasant surprise. Instant fan favorite!

  2. Once Kasper settled down, he was a beast out there. It will be important for us to see where he's at in his development with the coming games, but if his performance in those is anything like last night, I have no doubt in my mind that he starts the 2023-24 campaign as a Red Wing.

  3. I must admit even with up and downs(a lot of heartbreak). The Red Wings have been a fun team to watch. It's nice to see their developmental program comming through like it used to.

  4. Yes he’s definitely got an attitude and the Wings desperately need that!
    As well as a Center!

I figured he’d go right to GR.
What a pleasant surprise and good analysis Lego! 👍😮

Hopefully the Wings can be this feisty with the likes of Reeves and other thugs

  5. He looked comfortable on the ice..debuting as a second line center is no joke, and he handled himself well.

  6. He played smart as e we all knew he would but it was great to see in action so to speak and see the environment that’s setting with these young faces!

Honestly the hockey sense is there whereas vet players like Ben chariot make me cry lmao 🤣

Can’t wait to see the Development more and love that he stands his ground it also seemed him showing I ain’t playing no games kinda fanned the fire 🔥 for some other guys too 🙂 passion baby!

Also Ned glad to see u showcasing the mojo we all knew u had/have keep it up. I feel Ned offers a goalie play that we don’t see much he plays goalie like an extra skater it’s crazy

  7. BeatToronto, great! Kasper looks good (except for face offs). Now we have to tank the rest of the season to get the draft lottery percentage higher😂

  8. The Wings have beaten Boston, Pittsburgh, Carolina & the Maple Leafs in the last few weeks. Great for the teams win/loss record. Lousy for their draft pick position. They look more like a team out on the ice. Now we see what Yzerman can do in the draft, without a top ten pick.

  9. The shocking thing to me wasn't that he looked good, i was expecting that… It was that Lalonde displaced Copp, who he loves and has been really good, at 2nd line center in order to get this 18 y.o kid in that role, AND it was on the road so no hiding from matchups AND it was vs the Leafs AND he had him take the opening faceoff. I've never seen this much confidence in a prospect from Yzerman/Lalonde. We babied Edvinsson with only home games and sheltered matchups just a few weeks before this

  10. He created his space with force, looked confident, skated well, went to the front of the net and looked to punch the leafs players in the face.

  11. He didn't look out of place you would never know it was his 1st game play a good game

  12. Seider and Edvinsson just announced themselves as cops. They just announced to the league that they're not looking for a fight but if you want to drop the gloves you're at risk of finding out what they're capable of.

  13. This team played 90% of the season without Bertuzzi, Vrana and Fabri. They would have combined for a minimum of 80 goals. 80 extra goals and this is a playoff team.
