  1. Bunting's a vilified punk and deserves this treatment from other players and the referees. And there's nothing he can do to alleviate that. Kicking Mo Seiders stick backwards to the blue line was childish and uncalled for. Does he actually wonder why he is hated across the entire league? That's not passion which Leaf acolytes say, it is a tantrum. Not the same. Wendel had passion.

  2. So the REFS are not calling games down the middle , They are calling or not calling penalties against the players they dont like . MB the betting companies need to cut ties with the NHL because what the REFS are doing is called FIXING GAMES .

  3. It's not only from the officials, he just comes across as a very unlikeable human being.

  4. Refs used to ignore holds on mcdavid now mcdavid just plays a bit dirty when he needs too and it doesn’t happen as much.

  5. It SHOULD be of 0 concern but it’s unfortunate that professional sports continue to be dictated by biased officials

  6. Wait till maroon gets a game misconduct for chirping tell me the refs aren't soft and lazy. The refs give game misconducts 10 mins or less in games beacuse of laziness that's manipulation of a game if you ask me

  7. Baby Bunting Diver, Cry Baby Marner, Marshmallow Nylander. Now you know why the Leafs are the softest team in league and will not win the Stanley Cup.

  8. Marchand did, and then the league said enough is enough .
At least Nick dropped the gloves, but ultimately, the coach also plays a role in how he will tolerate his actions .

  9. Agree with Kyper, Leafs could use some more push back and Wendel Clark out of bunting, not rely on refs to save them from abuse

  10. well they don't "leave him alone" they issue 10 minute misconducts for the smallest kick of a stick on the ice. NHL has its' thumb on the scale and everyone who watches games knows it. It's just that when the Leafs get jobbed, the Leaf haters love it. I mean Leaf Nation is the biggest fanbase there is but it ain't bigger than the fanbase of the other 31 teams combined

  11. It pisses me off to no end when bunting goes out and does his stupid shannagans. Just play the dam game. Stop trying to get penalties called. Honestly just pisses me off. I'm really starting to hate bunting. If I was Keefe I'd yell at him so loud I'd make his ears bleed for stupid stunts like that. It can cost games and potentially playoff games.

  12. There’s nothing more biased in hockey than Toronto fans…they are the entitled rich kid of the original six. Always whining, their appetite never satiated.

  13. Time 4 Bunting to give someone a cross check in the face and take the few games suspension before the playoffs.

  14. It's simple, the leafs don't sign as many sticks for officials as teams like the bruins and Marchand, and that's why the leafs are always the worst officiated team

  15. This is why the NHL is a complete joke compared to other sports. There should be ONE set of rules applied evenly… not weird subjective nonsense based on the officials mood and interpretation. How on earth can you honestly argue that some players should be refereed by a different rulebook than others. What's the point of having any rules at all then?
