He is spot on and actually love that he is getting some word out to non AZ fans.
Even r/hockey and r/Phoenix are all very pro-Yotes at this point. Anyone with any sense of objectivity could see that the Phoenix lawsuit is nothing more than trying to prevent competition for themselves.
I hope this blows up in Phoenixâs face big time

That might be the most level headed analysis of the lawsuit situation I have seen.
There are so so many unknown factors right now that could explain why the initial Phoenix lawsuit was filed when it was and influence the outcome of the Coyotes lawsuit and the vote. Iâm very curious to know if the FAA drug its feet in reviewing the proposal from an airspace standpoint, and once they did review it, stepped in and told the airport to file a suit to block it (or else future funding would be jeopardized). If so, then the coyotes argument of bad faith doesnât have a leg to stand on. However, if the FAA and the city initially reviewed and approved it, then I believe the lawsuit is purely political.
