Chris Driedger has changed his routine and it’s paying off!



Hockey is as much mental as it is physical, if not more. Seattle Kraken goalie Chris Driedger seems to have settled into his role with the NHL Expansion team and has recently updated his routine.

  1. Loved the whole Isobel Cup final broadcast. Whale didn’t prevail but the Pride were fully deserving. Very entertaining game. We need a team in Seattle!

  2. Dreidger is a fantastic personality and I love his honesty and analysis.

    Seattle is weird because they are a big team on defense but not at all on offense, but they’re expected to play this high intensity speedy forecheck but without the size to break the ties when they get into physical puck battles.

    The NHL is full of really great defenders with size AND speed that play tons of minutes so unless the Kraken can find a weak low pairing on the opposing team to pounce on, it can sometimes be tough for them to generate effective offense by forechecking to start a cycle.
