Goaltender wasn't even playing the puck, he stuck his arm out to impede Marchand. You can clearly see it at 0:08 of the video. Piss poor call. It's the reason I hated Dominic Hasek so much, He would purposely get in the way of players and then flop to the ice to draw interference penalties.
Marchand was OUTSIDE the crease and Grubauer leaned forward so he was just outside the crease. I'm saying this and I despise Marchand. He still deserves the penalty though.
