#1 offseason upgrade is the Defense, boy are they bad!
Love to see Donny say we need to change coaching to match the situation. Earlier this year he seemed to inflexible to change when things clearly weren't working at time. Things that work for a team might not work for a different one. And being able to change your tactics to make a breakthrough in games is so important. If we had 3 more points somewhere in the season we are having serious playoff conversations right now.
