You can see the difference between a veteran and a freshman. Letang didnt get an arm free at the get go and Point did, so Letang knew to counter with grappling. That comes from experience. Point was throwing, bless his heart, but no power behind his hands. Letang took him to the ice to end the fight he never really wanted to begin with. Had he been the one to get an arm free, we know Letang can throw 'em. But, and I say this as a Pens fan, the win goes to Point. More strikes versus the takedown if you keep score.
