I live in Orlando and go to a game about one a month. I can confirm he is terrible.

One of the bigger bonehead moves was signing him right out of college and throwing him directly into an NHL game. He wasn’t even close to ready and it turns out he’s just not nearly good enough. I don’t know what the org was thinking on that one.
