Did I mention what a game and what a series so far?! Sorry but as a neutral observer a period three comeback like the Blues had and St. Louis saying no to OT with 15 seconds to go in regulation…exciting stuff. I agree St. Louis's second goal was good.
What I liked best and found most fun about the game was the way the teams traded dominant shifts back and forth quite often throughout. Winnipeg did play kind of scared in period three, maybe, but they had some good bouts of pressure in Saint Louis's end. Both teams had trouble finding good shooting lanes and credit to opposition D on both sides for rendering that difficult. I love hockey. I look forward to what strange match ups might await in round 2. If I enjoyed these playoffs any more, Montreal would be in them.
Now it's onto VGK and San Jose!!!

Jets fan here. Give the Blues a lot of credit. You have to play the full 60 minutes to win a game, and the Blues clearly deserved to win the game more than the Jets .
I went to both Blues home games. I'm not risking my bad mojo on game six. I'll be watching from home. Also, is that a Kelly Chase jersey?
The resiliency of this group of players with the Blue Note on their chest is amazing. They play for one another, they've bought into Berube's system, and they are now getting rewarded… It's been a crazy roller coaster of a ride so far in Round 1. I'm taking my kids to game 6 in STL, and I'm hoping and expecting a game 6 win and amazing memories… With that being said, could the Jets win game 6? Maybe. That would be insane…a game 7 in this series would be the most stressful thing ever 🙂
However, my hat is off to these Blues players… The guys who needed to step up tonight did. O'Reilly, Schenn and Schwartz! Binnington keeping the game close… This is a TEAM. They play for the NOTE on their chest and for the guy sitting next to them. Blues get out of this round, and they will go DEEP. IMHO…

I dont think he's geving the blues enough crdit , the Jets want it but the blues want it even more. There is a certain fury that they're playing with , even though the Jeats have better talent and their offense is dangours the blues just come off as a group that are playing with a sense of desperation to win.
Not only has the road team won every game this series, but every win has been a come from behind. The loser of each game has held the lead at some point in each game.
Jets were paid by the NHL to sandbag and make it go to game 7 for entertainment purposes.

Wish I could say I think Blues win, but they were atrocious on Home ice, so still see Jets in 7. Blues stand around too much; Jets dont hesitate. Hppe the Blues "show me" otherwise.
I watched game 3&4 live
I don't blame Hellebuyck at all, Winnipeg's 1st and 2nd line were nowhere to be seen, lines 3 and 4 showed up for most of the game, but the Jets seem to think that piddly-ass backhand passes are the in vogue right now, as are little float flips that barely cross centre right to Blues defenders.
