Why is everyone saying theyre eliminated? If PIT and NYI both lose their last game BUF ties NYI with 91 pts. They would have the tie breaker with 42 wins compared to NYI 41. What am i missing???

Despite the disappointment of missing the playoffs, this has been the most fun I’ve had watching that Sabres since I started watching them 8-9 years ago.
A lot of great games, including the Rangers game last night which was a heartstopper.
The future is bright, and there’s a lot of guys on this team who are nowhere near done growing as players.
