These are a couple of clips of the Kahlenberg goal horn at Nationwide Arena taken during the Ohio High School Hockey State Tournament. The semis and final are played at the home of the CBJ and for every goal scored by all teams they lay on the horn, which is pretty neat to do for the kids. This is a bit of an updated video to the one I posted ten years ago of what the horn sounds like live without the cannon and song. Feel free to use the audio from these clips for your goal horn making kits if you wish.

I don’t think I have ever heard the horn THAT crisp
Horns startup sounds amazing now compared to the last 10 years!
Horns seem to be used for all high school tourneys these days
Nationwide In Columbus With a basic package of just horn a somewhat common one
And the best yearly tourney Illinois Highschools get the best treatment
United In Chicago being the well known one ultimate prize with graphics spotlights goal horn and a spot on NBC Sports Chicago Live TV
the only one not in use is during the Minnesota High School Tourney at Xcel since Craig Leipold has not greenlighted uses outside of Frozen Four or Wild hockey games
