I get Quinn vibes from him. A lot of poise for a rookie.

Please be another Tanev please be another Tanev please be another Tanev

I feel like Hirose is going to break 50 assists next season. I feel like he is going to turn into a nice forward QB like a Hemsky.

Hirose v Dermott (healthy) – If you had to pick one 🤔

At this point I think Hirose is the much more intriguing (obviously less experienced) asset.

A left side of Hughes, Hirose, and OEL doesn’t actually sound terrible. Bear, Hnroek and Myers on the right if not a thing changes.

Myers could be traded, he’s chaotic but we shouldn’t have to pay crazy amounts to dump.

Lots of push from other guys to fill that 3rd pair too.

I can be your hiro babyyyyy

Great pass by Akito and all but I’ve seen gaps in the neutral zone that were smaller in a beer league game. Terrible coverage by the Ducks there

  8. Kuzmenko don’t need to work on his D, he’s got Hirose!

Are we sure him and Hughes didn’t swap jerseys for a shift?

Mcward has honestly impressed me so far too. If we can get a “Sean durzi” type player out of him too, that would be a massive steal

Beautiful pass. Not only in placement (needed to be perfect to keep Kuz’s momentum), but the fact that he had to time the gap perfectly to get the puck through the moving gap. Much harder than it looks.

Man, if Hirose is for real, we’re going to have a $7m OEL-Myers as the most expensive third pair D in the NHL.

That’s a fat lane for him to pass. Very good pass.

He looks like what Rathbone was supposed to be

It’s a great pass but the more I watch it the more o wonder what the hell Fowler was thinking

Everything I see from Hirose gives me so much hope. Small sample size but he plays so calm and with such poise. Makes me less worried about our blue line problems than I was a month ago.
