can you do a real workout with Sidney Crosby??
Wow, Jordan Eberle is surprisingly skinny for a player of his caliber.
that's intense! But shouldn't he focus more on legs?
Sets of four. Brutal! Very unimpressive. Just like Eberle. Just like the Oilers.
Makes me respect Eberle, and his work ethic, even more. One of the 3 reasons (Hall and Nugent-Hopkins being the other 2) I consider Edmonton my 2nd favorite team.
Awesome I think Eberle has anything you want too see in a hockey player, but it's just his team that sucks!
Haha, I was about to talk shit about the cheated rope pull-ups, but then I heard the "better go down all the way if its going to be on video". Great stuff!
Why use the valside for the backwards lunges?
Great video, thanks for sharing.
those roman dead lifts….. shouldn't be done with that much weight…. the movement isn't supposed to be resisted on the way down only on the way up
i workout here in the summers with crashley its brutal hes making it look easy in this video
Great video.
If there was no title in this video I wouldn't know who he is, but if he was wearing hockey gear I would recognize him 100% instantly. It's funny. 🙂
Gretzky's only off training was practicing with a tennis ball. He would still dominate the game today.
Hi I love this video, particularly the advice for hockey fitness exercises
. Something I also found useful for training for hockey players
is Skyarza Hockey Coaching Star – find it on google if you want
Stack,
Hi, This is a awesome video, mostly your idea about real work. I have another resource that very helpful named skyarza hockey coaching star (search on google– hockey offseason workout) .Thanks.
those beaks at 5:40 hahaha
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for ice hockey exercises try Skyarza Hockey Coaching Star ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got great success with it.
I love the comments!! Mostly the ones telling him what to do…
Not sure why the pull ups were not full extension nor the work on the GHD but interesting video
I work out harder than this and I am just a career 37 year old beer league-er. I am usually drenched in my own sweat at the end of cardio and hockey specific weight lifting. Eberle barely looked like broke a sweat, he looks so lazy here. I really wonder if these NHL players actually give a shit since they are getting paid millions to play hockey.
ALL MEN SUCK
hi everyone ,if anyone else needs to find out about hockey off season training program try Skyarza Hockey Coaching Star ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got great results with it.
Great video… Kids a beast
This is just superb, I have been researching "hockey training off ice" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Banonnor Veyathan Release – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got great success with it.
This was great, been searching for "hockey training exercises off ice" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Banonnor Veyathan Release – (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my neighbour got excellent success with it.
Massive sign that says "Not for everyone" underneath a ton of hockey pictures. The NHL literally says "Hockey is for everyone"
actually i expected higher numbers. but after all he is not a strength athlete
What is the benefit of this compared to a straight strength program squat deadlift and overhead and or bench press? Is it the agility and speed thats the difference?
Half those are trash … just needless stress on the body for reduced longevity
These core exercises are awesome !
Life for a hockey player is divided into one minute bursts. After doing anything for more than a minute the guy will ask you, "Aren't we gonna sit down?"
