I’m actually a bit sad about this. I’m usually not one to care about a sports star leaving but this hits a bit different. He helped turn this once dead franchise around. I’ll forever be grateful to him for that.

Damn. Hard to say any player who’s made more of an impact on the Hawks, or on the lives of who knows how many hundreds of thousands (or millions) of hockey fans, than Tazer. Godspeed Captain. We will miss you.
