  1. Mick was a ferrari junoir they dropped him, so wat is the problem with Haas, they have him because he is a ferrari junior. Mick came in that everyone expected that he would drive like his dad and that he can't. Haas is not responseble for him. If anybody is at folt it is ferrari it was there driver. Yuki inproved the last year and yuki is a alpha tauri driver and not a junoir for another team. Ralf Schumacher should shut up and take it to ferrari, Mick is not they top driver everybody expected and that is working against him, he chrashed to many times and for a lowbudgetteam as haas that is to costly, no sponsers came with him or tru him so Haas is in my book ok

  2. I seem to remember Nick Hulkenberg being "supersub" being able to just sit in any new car and do a decent job without getting used to it, not three years ago multiple times for different teams including this year. Chances of him wrecking multiple Haas cars as Schumacher has done is probably quite low which helps with the cost cap immensely. Them team can then spend money on development instead of repairs.

  3. It would be really cool if Micheal Schumacher was still up and healthy and because of him mick got into a team, like top gun maverick.

  4. I understand why Haas did decide to replace him with Hulkenberg, but like you said I agree that Mick should of been given one more year to show he is comfortable because obviously retired from sport and has come back but, Kevin has more experience in f1 than Mick so that wouldn't of exactly helped as he would of had the pressure of trying to beat Kevin as it is not talking about the pressure his surname possibly has on him

  5. Umm Yuki Tsonda is only at Alpha Tori because of Honda, not because Red Bull have some great faith he will improve. No mater what they say Honda is still involved with Red Bull even if not in an official capacity

  6. I want Haas to do well in F1, but let's be real: the car is a Pig. I mention this, because this is part of the equation, is it not? If we want to Litmus Test Mick, let's do the same with other drivers, say like Lewis. How well did he perform in the early part of the season, with a car he didn't like? Not well. Was it not shocking to see a multi World Champion, driving so poorly? Obviously, in this case, the problem was the car, not the ability of the driver. Get the point? The World's best driver can't make up for a poorly performing car. Another example: Russel. Was he racing in the top 4 positions during a race, winning races for Williams? No. But put him in a Mercedes, and what happens?….He starts to look like a World Champion driver. Ability is super important, but let's not forget how important the car is in determining the race result. Even having a great car is not a guarantee: same car, Max vs Perez, different results. It's complicated!
MSC, I hope you get a real chance to shine!

  7. Let's not forget that Ferrari dropped Mick. There is no incentive for Haas to keep him after $5 million in repairs. They are trying to build a team.

  8. Uki is backed by honda Ferrari dropped Mick so thats the difference between them!Hass didnt make a mistake Mick needs more racing under his bealt!Indy car would be good for him then he can come back with Audi in 2 years!

  9. Bad call by ferrari it must be said as they had the power to stop sreiner, now he will be there competition.

  10. Haas isn't a legitimate team. They just want to be stars on drive to survive. I wish the don't have success as long as they stay

  11. I wish Haas had gone for a young driver. I hope whoever hires Mick enjoys having their cars obliterated at least twice a season. I do not understand why people are so invested in Mick. Must be that last name.

  12. i think its a mistake from haas now they have two drivers without any real presence in the team , instead of a driver who was comming up in both aspects driving and popularity haas you lost me for sure

  13. rookies always need to make mistakes thats how they learn they cant be perfect even if their father was a legend. haas has been a bit strict but thats f1

  14. I think it’s the right decision for Haas, a year out of the line light will probably be good for Mick, his very average f1 ability uncle does like to run his mouth off, I don’t know that he helps to be honest.

  15. So if anyone remembers correctly HAAS had to go get new sponsors one of them being German and they said they wanted a German driver. They didn’t say who just a German driver.

I’m sorry but there is only one that can carry that name.

  16. Mick is a nice guy. However, he doesn't have the same natural talent as his father. Sometimes that's just how things work out. Good luck to him in the future.

  17. I want to see Mick succeed, not that I have a dog in the fight whatsoever, but crashing cars and scoring no points isn't something a back marker team like Haas can afford to do. It's just business. I believe Steiner on that part.

  18. Come on, was this really such a shocker? Mick did not convince in F1. Does he deserve seat more than Latifi? yes. Is this reality? No

  19. Ralph is right about everything that he said about how young drivers deserve time to improve especially under pressure, but I’m still siding with haas. They already have a small budget compared to competitors and f1 is so expensive that it could end up bankrupting the team to take so many risks with mick. It’s not fair, but pretty much everything about f1 is unfair so people should stop making such a big deal about it

  20. I'm a huge Haas team fan as an American, but Schumi was my hero growing up and in all honesty they were to quick to fire Mick, absolutely ridiculous.

  21. It probably depends on if his sponsors were willing to cover the crash damage for him to stay. If there wasn't enough for that, the team couldn't afford another "training" year. Also, you keep mentioning the "PRESSURE" of F1. When you get to F1, your supposed to have that chit mostly worked out. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen!
