Thanks for your time.. not only for Buffalo my hometown team, but your time in Colorado when I lived there when you were playing for the Avs and I enjoyed watching you play back then. I know it's tough to realize father time, the really undefeated enemy has finally caught up to you. Good luck with your future and to your family.

As a Sabres fan, I've been spoiled with great goaltending over the years. Not so much to the same extent in other areas of the team, but we've almost always had very good goaltending and sometimes brilliant netminders. I've been watching the Sabres since the late 70's/early 80's. The good ones give you confidence. You know, when they get beat, they probably didn't have a chance on the shot. I felt that way with your play Mr. Anderson. And I absolutely hated it, when you were the opponents goaltender. I don't know your career record against the Sabres, but I have a feeling it's insane.
Congratulations on a hell of a career. We all wish you joined the team at the start of your career, but we'll all settle for the end of it.
Coming from a Sens fan, know that we all appreciate that beautiful post game tribute to Andy. Much love Buffalo!
