how do the red wings have the 9th instead of 8th best odds when washington has an identical record and washington has more ROW regulation and overtime wins, which is the first playoff tiebreaker for NHL teams?? how does that same formula not apply to draft position or overall position in the NHL if that is what is used for playoff tiebreaker in the standings???
