  1. it's not really a penalty in my mind. unfortunate? yes. a goal? might as well be. but a penalty? clean hit imo.

  2. Well, it's NOT interference…but it's a blatant hold. They always say "as soon as the hand comes off the stick and reaches in…" Well, how about the hand comes off the stick and completely hooks arms and pulls the guy down!?!? Couldn't be any more of an obvious penalty call.

  3. What next ,perhaps bring back Eddie Shack, he might even get away with jumping right the back of another player, with these refs it would of worth a try. Speaking of being blind, Bettman has to be, because if he thinks that the NHL has the best refs in professional sports, he's watching a basketball game and thinks it's a hockey game!!

  4. I will try to explain why there are so many Jonathan Drouin haters. First off… I was one who believed that the Jonathan Drouin trade for Sergachev trade was GOING TO be good. I was WRONG.

Anyone who has spent anytime working with Human Beings will know something about human nature. Some people will give 100% each and everyday at work. Others will give when they are PUSHED or when they are desparate. Sales people sell hardest when they are MISSING their quota and may be fired.

With Jonathan Drouin people see a player playing very well in the LAST YEAR of his $5.5 Million dollar contract???? The question is where was THAT performance the last 4 years????

Is it a coincidence that performance comes when the GRAVY TRAIN is about to end??? People in all walks of life are happy to cash the check but much less happy about giving the performance. How about Jonathan Drouin say to the Habs … I was well compensated the last 5 years and my performance did not equal my salary… I will play at LEAGUE minimum next year. That wont happen…

He is playing well becuase HE IS IN THE LAST YEAR… and he knows the MONEY DRYS UP…. next year. TRUST ME TRUST me ………. the players in the locker room KNOW

Fans may not see this and understand it but the SMART ones do…. If I am a GENERAL Manager in the NHL i do not touch Jonathan Drouin with a TEN FOOT POLE….

Let him play for the Zurich Chocolate Makers on the Big Ice in Switzerland

This from a guy that liked Drouin……

  5. Regarding Anderson…. yes… 2 Minutes for Holding. Sergachev puts his arm in and locks up Anderson who was off balance with poor leverage against a very strong and taller Sergachev.

Thats it thats all… It does not change the outcome. Anderson still injurred

  6. At normal speed you can miss the holding penalty. However at 1/2 speed or slower, you can clearly see a holding penalty.

I'm more worried about Anderson's ankle than the missed penalty call.

  7. Another stupid non call from the zebras….what else is new? Same old, same old…..I hope sergechiev runs into a goalpost and messes up his ankle so he could see what he did to Josh.

  8. They probably figured andersen was also holding sergachev, looks to me like both of their arms are hooked in with eachother

  9. That play cost me 20$ and the odds were hardcore i was making over 100$, BS refs this year are making me RAGE. Wtf …

  10. I was so disgusted by that non call. How much more obvious of a penalty can you get. For 2 refferees not even to consider calling that is mind boggling. On top of that Andersons season is probably over wow. Tampa is probably my most hated team right now and has been for awhile.

  11. Tampax Bay was trying to win! C'mon man! Normal the refs didn't call it!

NHL's refs are the worst in all of pro sports

  12. Sergachev as a whole is a nasty player with a bad attitude, he purposely pulled Anderson down resulting in what took place, Player safety should certainly review the play and come back with something… but 1st and foremost, Andersons ankle, hopefully it's not as bad as it seems.
