That was a really lucky deal. Even if Giordano regresses to just a bottom pair guy, the benefits he brings to Liljegren's game are massive. Now lets see if Dubas can clear some space and bring in some better guys.
As for soup he needs to go talk to someone about his feelings that when he let's in a goal not to beat himself to death

A leader. A great stay at home defenceman. You don't notice him because he makes very few mistakes. This is a very good signing.
Great big value signing. They need a couple more high value signings like this, if they can find them.
