    Its 330am and Im doing anything to drone out the humming noise Im hearing outside. Sounds like an idling car in my driveway or a streetsweeper blocks away but its been for hours straight now and In fucking going nuts. This is hell. Ill keep Jarry if it means letting me sleep

    Out of trade possibilities, I'd go after Saros, Vejmelka or Swayman.
    Out of UFA's Varlamov is my guy.
    Please no Andersen or Gibson. They're toast. They'd be worse than Jarry.

    I’ve been a fan for my entire life (41yrs) and I just feel like if they bring Jarry back I won’t be really interested anymore. Crazy to say that but I mean it would show that they really don’t think anything is wrong

    I think he still has some game, I'd resign him for maybe 2 years push him back to a back up roll and go after Gibson this summer.

    You realize that you can like and respect Sullivan and still understand that his act is about as fresh as a Foghat concert, right? No? Of course not.

    What Dejan is really trying to say in his passive aggressive answer to the J1Q is: He's doesn't want Sullivan fired and thinks he's a great coach. The later not being the issue here. And he thinks any GM "worth his weight" should also think that. Here's the thing: Any worthwhile GM shouldn't be dictated to by a hockey clueless ownership that the job comes with the qualifier that the coach stays and they need to work around that. They are limiting their options right off the bat an possibly missing out on the perfect candidate by setting those kind of ground rules. Sorry, but I didn't know the hierarchy in sports management went Head Coach, and then GM. As much as DK, and FSG might think differently, there are probably quite a few potential GM's out there that will look at this team and the solutions needed and conclude it means the coach needs to be changed, so they won't take the job, let alone apply. Like the question stated: Why are they even changing the GM if they aren't willing to let the new one do the job a GM does, which includes deciding on who the coach should be? If these Bahstin guys love each other so much, then they should just make Sullivan the GM too, and call it day. I know Dejan would be thrilled. Elvis has left the building…and has been replaced by Neil Diamond. Start singing everyone…Sweeeet Caroliiiine…

    It really isn't the goalie…it is our size and presence in front of both nets. We are small and weak and not physically tough. That is easy to beat in the NHL.
