The rumors of the Bruins demise might of been a little exaggerated. They play like they did tonight and get Bergy back they’re going to be incredibly hard to beat. Mac and Coyle were absolute beasts.

Florida really needed to score early instead of giving up that goal. I'd say the Lyon King might be done as Bob will probably start next game. They sure made it a lot closer than expected getting those 2 goals. I don't see why don't put Barkov out with Montour along with Carter and Tkachuk. Ekblad I guess on the point too for the PP? Well if can get game 4 that will kinda help them to the next game. Eh Stars had a rough night so it could be worse for Panthers. Guy is Free Agent so don't see him starting the next game. He did give up like 3 Goals in all of them so eh. I think Bruins have him figured out. Maybe they are going glove side or just know can score. Got like 15M for Bob Knight combo so eh. Either way only Devils will get Swept :).
god they needed that one so bad. worst case they get back to Boston even with (hopefully) a healthy Bergeron and Krejci. this series has been a roulette of what version of which team will show up. game 1 neither team showed up. game 2 Florida showed up, but not Boston. game 3 Boston showed up, but not Florida (until the last 5 minutes). Boston was picking on Lyon's glove side so Florida probably put in Bob since he's got a good glove. he is definitely capable of stealing a series and was the reason the 2019 Lightning wagon fell apart. big game 4, maybe we see both teams show up and get a great back and forth battle

Coyle was great tonight. That goal was way more impressive than it seemed. He absolutely manhandled the defender to stay in front of the net and keep his stick clean.

Boston looked good. couple mistakes here and there but no team is without mistakes. down a few players and they show they're still as deep as they were in the regular season.
Clowns talking about how unbeatable the bruins are when the CATS LITERALLY DECIDED TO NOT EVEN BOTHER SHOWING UP til the last five mins. Anyone with eyes saw that. They had zero effort and care all night. Fl lost the game. Bruins didnt win it.

Not to take away from hall’s goal, but my take away from that goal is just get any puck you can against Lyon he seems just as likely to stop a high danger shoot then a soft one. It is very strange seeing some of his highlights saves then he lets a soft one in.

Boston takes over series despite missing couple of key players. First two games thought Panthers had the better of play. This one saw the Boston D we saw most if the year. There was some resurgence by Panthers at the end but too late and probably because the Bruins had already felt the game was in the bag… Goaltender change probably will happen now for Panthers also.
Agree Bobrovsky should start next game for the money he makes.

I'm not a Panters fan, but from the outside looking in, I would definitely start Babrovsky next game. I like Lyon, and riding his hot streak was the right call, but it's time. This was a big loss, the door was wide open

There were some questionable coaching choices all night (FLA fan).
-choosing to force every east-west pass while abandoning the simple: north-south pass, dump, chase, point, crash strat that worked on the road is a head scratcher. Bruins shut them down all night.
-Pulling Lyon after the 3rd goal was pointless. I get what he was trying to do, but if Maurice wanted to send a message to his team, put Bob in at the start of the 3rd. After 3-0 the game was over.
-another playoff series, another totally coma toast powerplay. The 2nd unit was most prominent and they barely saw any time.
-And the biggest cry and shame being the barm was PACKED with majority Panther fans who were loud and supportive all night, only to have their team lay an egg.
Just feels like a missed opportunity to take a series lead against a team missing their top 2 centers :/

This game would have been more entertaining if the Panthers wouldn’t have waited until desperation time remaining to play in the 3rd. Congrats to the Bruins on the win. The good news is this is NOT the game I shut off before it was over. MN/Dallas was awarded that trophy. I’m starting to regret my Bruins in 6. I’m thinking it’s closer to 5 now.
