I never got the chance to really listen to them other than the bits I would hear during intermissions of games if it was a non-Bally game, but that sucks to hear. Sounds like a ton of people loved them. I saw something suggesting maybe a national show is taking their spot which is annoying af because local shows left and right seem to be being taken by national shows with none of the charm
This is shocking to me. Having the afternoon of solely local sports talk was huge. Especially during the playoffs. This seems pretty abrupt as well. Wonder if he took another job ? Hope at least we get another local show in its place

Guessing part of the large ESPN layoffs announced. Traditional Radio is a on its last legs. I only ever caught them a handful of times. Hopefully they land somewhere

I used to love Adam and Joe in the morning back in the day on 850 The Buzz when that was a thing. Then they shifted to the afternoon which was awesome and they’d have Glenn on there and he got his own show. Hard to believe those were the “golden years” of local sports talk radio…bummer for sure.
Wow. Sorry to hear this- I don’t listen to radio much but I enjoy their coverage of local sports and would watch clips on YouTube sometimes. Really a bummer
Damn. I’ve been a contestant on at least 6 different formats over the years. Just got tickets to last week’s Martinsville race by flaming out on the Mix Tape.
