It’s a cool goal, but I’m curious how he’d make the adjustment to North American hockey. He had so much time and space to get that shot off and you’re not really gonna see that in the NHL or even the AHL.

This was a goal from outside the right circle, across the goaltender and nailing the top left corner, from a right shot winger. That’s an ELITE snipe by NHL standards, and Lekkerimaki is 18.

That’s all absolutely wicked shot. To beat a goalie clean from that distance at that angle with a wrist shot is very impressive.
