As an Islanders fan I was glad that I was able to enjoy the Battle of Alberta from the sidelines. I don’t think I could handle an Islanders Rangers playoff series. We’re long overdue for one of those. It almost happened in 2015 but the Islanders lost their game seven against the Capitals and they were outshot 26-11. They didn’t show up whatsoever. They were lucky they only lost 2-1 (in regulation) It easily could’ve been a blowout. It was a very difficult night.
