   CPA is about to be poppin tonight! I hope the Av’s actually decide to show up tonight and make it a competitive playoff game.

   If we do end up losing though, well deserved and I hope you guys steamroll everyone and hoist the cup.

   Also, is Burakovsky expected to return this season?

   *screen fades in, we see multiple various news programs streaming at the same time, we catch tid bits from them as our view begins to zoom in*

   > climate scientists beg politicians to see reason…..

   > is this the end of times….

   > mountains usually still blanketed with snow this time of year, dry and barren….

   > warming oceans…

   > reports of sea life possibly not seen in our lifetime…

   *we zoom into one news cast in particular*

   **Welcome to Colorado 5 News, Colorado’s top choice for doom and gloom, todays top stories revolve around the increasing climate crisis.**

   **Our very own beautiful Rocky Mountains barren and dry, all of the snow gone many weeks early than the last several years! In an unprecedented fashion the snow that was going strong this time of year just last season has seemed to completely disappear from sight.**

   **I guess this may be good news for some, as anyone looking to conquer the Colorado mountains won’t have to worry about any Avalanche threats, as they are non existent!**

   **In other news, reports of the oceans warming leading to some strange sightings at sea, watch this viewer submitted footage from just off the coast of Washington state, viewer discretion is advised.**

   *camera switches to home-shot footage from a boat, of the ocean surface, we here people off camera shouting “there there over there!” The camera pans over quickly and we catch a quick glimpse of what looks like a large tentacle descending into the water. “Now over there over there!!!” Again a similar sight as before. “There by that boat over there! Look! What are they doing!?!?”*

   *the camera pans over and we see a boat in the distance looking to be attacked by a single tentacle. The camera zooms in to reveal a medium fishing vessel named “THE COLORADO” with 6 fishermen in burgundy aprons attempting to fight off a tentacle with spears. One of the fisherman manages to grab the tip of the tentacle and slams it into the glass window of the cabin atop the boat**

   *”oh did you see that! He just slammed it against the boat!”*

   *”yeah I think that’s only going to provoke it further!”*

   *suddenly multiple tentacles blast out of the water wrapping themselves around THE COLORADO capsizing it, dragging it and it’s occupants to the ocean floor*

   *video cuts out and we see the news anchor from Colorado 5 News again*

   **truly disturbing scene, but it can only make me ask myself, fellow Colorado residents….is it our fault? Is this all because of what we have done? Are we the ones…that have…RELEASED THE KRAKEN!!!**

   *pyrotechnics while the team skates into the ice*
