• The NHL announced its Global Series in Sweden this upcoming season
o Detroit, Toronto, Ottawa, Minnesota
o Detroit will play against Toronto and Ottawa for their two games

• Leo Carlsson
o C/W shoots left
o 6’3” 194lbs on eliteprospects
o Will most likely play in the NHL as a winger
o Currently plays in the SHL with Orebro HK
o 25pts in 44 games (10g, 15A)
o Skating mechanics need some work. Not very explosive but can skate decently.
o Passing and Hockey IQ are really strong, and knows how to start the plays driving into the offensive zone
o Really good at reading the ice to make the best decision before and as he gets the puck on his stick and is tough to get the puck off of even in the corners
o His shot is pretty good, not the hardest shot, but he has pretty good accuracy and loves to try and get in the middle of the ice instead of the outside
o Plays some pretty good defense, will back check when need be and isn’t afraid to take the puck away from opposing players
