One of the few US born players who does not have a higher pronounced ego or well articulated self confidence in himself and his abilities, that's what I see here. Telling the media that they are respectful is downright stupid as it does not reinforce your value of being a strong leader. Also telling fans and media that you are waiting to see what RW will do with your contract is more painful to watch as your body language does not convey security or well-developed confidence here. So all you are doing here is exhibiting your personality of being a weak follower, not creator or for that matter leading others.
