Hey Hunter who do you want to see advance to the 2nd round Devils or Rangers?
I think that a big issue with Jarry and DeSmith was when they lost trust in the team's defense, in front of them. In most games, this past season, you could see that point when they started to go down earlier, because they couldn't see, and got beaten high.
I have a feeling that PO Joseph would have to be part of a trade package, if they go after Hellebuyck. He's one of the few defensemen on the team without a 'no trade clause'. I'm curious to see what Ty Smith and Diliberator can do in camp.
If we get Hellebuyck, we need a better backup. DeSmith is NOT an NHL level starter if Hellebuyck were to get injured. And since we have the chance to we can resign Jarry and have him backup and trade DeSmith.
