  1. Hahaha if this guy was not a super fan and understood hockey he would not say what he’s saying. The rangers were slower, older and not as disciplined. You can’t win with Only a superstar goalie. Aka Hank.

  2. The only man in the entire world capable of bringing a championship to the Rangers is Mark Messier.

  3. I agree with Jake. "Colossal failure" is not hyperbole. Just a little less "colossal" than the one in Boston but still "pathetic" indeed.
And it hurts even more knowing that the road was opened like never before with Boston, Colorado and Tampa Bay out of the picture, not to mention that the Rangers were 100% healthy and loaded with talent.
"No quit in N.Y.?" Well, words are cheap, are they not?
At the end of the day I think I prefer having no expectation and watch my team overachieving than having my expectations too high and being disappointed.
I'll make some changes during the offseason. 😉

  4. Gallant is a joke. He proved beyond the shadow of any doubt in this series that be has no ability whatsoever to adjust his strategy or change his tactics mid-game, or even mid series for that matter. He is incapable of playing matchups. He had no answers after Game 2. He was outclassed and out coached by Lindy Frigging Ruff. He never holds himself responsible or accountable. Please Fire him already.

  5. Jake is right. But you have to remember, coming in a lot of people were picking Rangers in 7. Some were even picking Devils. Devils had more points. Should the Rangers be able to get by Devils of course. Last year Rangers were 3-1 down and if Crosby doesn't miss Game 6 and Pens don't have injuries to both goalies Rangers could easily be out in first round. Teams are so even in NHL. Nothing is guaranteed. Can't go around saying just because Rangers got Tarasenko/Kane they are going to Finals or definitely winning the Cup

  6. Losing is one thing, losing due to a lack of effort and determination is another…. I been a fan since 79, I do not remember seeing them so uninterested in winning a series.

  7. I won't claim to know what the answer is but the Rangers CAN NOT waste another great goalie.
Have to get a cup for IGOR

  8. So let me try to understand when you say the head coach needs fired. The same coach last year took the rangers deep into the playoff right? so how did the same coach get so stupid the season that you want him fired?

  9. that loud and Arrogant Rangers fan base got handled hard lastnight. Loved seeing them heckled while they walked out. Good bye. Good luck in the next 50 years lol

  10. A team on paper that's just not as good as them? Buddy, I don't know what to tell you but the Devils have been the better team all year. At no point in the season were the Rangers better, including after the deadline. To think this was a colossal failure by the Rangers is to fool yourself about what team you had there in NY. You're the same type of fan that would cry about a rebuild taking too long, all for the Rangers to listen to you and mortgage their future to bring in a bunch of washed up stars to "win now". Enjoy your perpetual disappointment in a team that you, and fans like you, helped to create.

  11. looking back on it now, i dont think we were expecting to win a cup this year but rather get all the players we need for that and now we have the off season to figure things and came back even better next year

  12. Jake, you were laughing when you said you wanted the Rangers to face the Devils in the first round a few weeks ago. You got the matchup you wanted. What happened?

  13. Gotta love the "we were the underdogs" 😂 every bet line i saw was Rangers -100 something and Devils were a +120. Those dont look like underdog lines to me 🤔

  14. I don't know what I like better the devils win or hearing ranger fan whine like this dude. Colossal failure = Boston. I've only sean 1 rangers fan accept the results. He stated the rangers lost to a better team.

  15. Totally disagree with Jake. Drury needs to go! Get rid of Bread. A no show two playoffs in a row.

  16. Disappointment yes, but not a failure. The NYR's could have won this series at MSG in 6 not against this Devils team on home ice in 7. I've been a NYR since 1976. The Rangers didn't leave off where they started last season. They had a slow start and the way they played during this regular session followed them right into the playoffs against a much improved Devils team. I give the NJ D reedit. They're a team predicated on speed that can score and will shut you down on defense. FYI, referring to Patrick Kane I don't like any athlete or celebrity' that's a wife beater or who beat rape & assault allegations' because of his wealth and got off the hook because he paid off the system and got away with it. I hope the Rangers don't sign Kane and let him go to another team as a free agent. Personally I don't wanna see him back. 🏒

  17. I hope Patrick Kane returns but with all the bad comments and press I don’t blame him if he wants to leave you guys treated him like shit. I’m a New York rangers fan and I’ve followed Kane my whole career… I’m so blessed and happy to have him here and rangers fans have no idea how luck they are to even have a player like Kane on our Team. Should all be ashamed of yourselves. This is a Class A HOF player give him the RESPECT he deserves.

  18. Getting tired of seeing "Rangers choked" They didn't choke. They played to the very end and the better won. Fatneck should go back to eating colossal shrimp!

  19. The devils are the better team we build it the right way. Ny media acts like rookie goalie akira just appeared from know where. He made the most and showed why he belongs in his starts during regular season. The devils get there due again the hard way they earn it go devils. Ny media operates rangers cause they choose too.happy golfing ny rangers. The devils😂 we come to play.

  20. Did this guy at the 3:40 mark say "Chris kreider played his heart out."….?… LOL!… What in good God's name is this guy talking about?….. did he even watch the Rangers games?.. Or, he doesn't know anything about hockey at all!.. Kreider was probably the most heartless player that has ever existed in playoff history. And for so many reasons. And it was so obvious. Tipping goals in front if the net doesn't take heart. The rest of his game was terrible. It was SOFT, WEAK, LAZY, & HEARTLESS.
