Jesperi Kotkaniemi stuck his arm out and caught Pierre Engvall in the head. It was originally called a major for elbowing and then reduced to a minor for roughing once they saw it was his hand. Tough Call will be reviewing the incident. Have your say!

His hand hit his head. Not really a roughing. Islanders got away with worst calls than that.
How is this not a major? It should not matter if it's the elbow or the hand that makes contact. The fact that it's the hand does not make the play less dangerous as there is no way for Kotkaniemi to controll which part of his arm he's going to hit his opponent with. The next time he does that, it might be the elbow. Players should be punished for the action, not the result.
I agree with the call on this one. 2 for roughing. It could have been interference as well. It's a backhanded punch to the face. He obviously did it because he missed the check, and was just trying to get any piece of Engvall that he could to slow him down.
