Reffing was abysmal, 5 power plays for the senators to the wings 1 before the end of the second. If the refs are going to gift the game away then thereโs no need to even play
blame whoever but this is probably it for the wings, if they lose tomorrow as well, its over. Wheels fall off and this season ends just like the past 6. Hope yzerman picks up a solid goalie , solid 3rd pair d and of course get rid of all these guys who cant even crack 20 goals or 50 points in a season, hurt or not. This team just straight up sucks. Go look at player stats compared to teams who are supposed to be in the same playing field. Those numbers make it glaringly obvious that this team has a major problem. Only person who is even producing at an NHL level is Larkin and thats just sad. And before anyone says anything about the little win streak they went on, so what, horrible time to start a win streak, right before the deadline so we certainly get boned for the rest of the season cuz Yzerman didnt sell when he should of. Anyone agree or am I barking

Hellberg is just not fit for the NHL. He isn't a bad goaly but he isn't an NHL goaly either. hope we pull up Cossa ASAP. doesn't make a difference if we have a rookie in net or those guys giving us 85% save… rather have a rookie talent get 80ish bi Veteran t build experience than a Veteran

I noticed quite a few atrocious efforts in this game tonight. Mainly Dylan Larkins . . one in which his player had puck in corner, instead of pitching in, he skated right out of the zone then back in when the played moved out of the zone up ice. Another where he was in defensive zone had eye on puck at point, it was passed across and Dylan skated right past him. Both in which were goals for the senators. He seemed to be roaming all night, when with puck in offensive zone, little effort. Need better defensive display by wings captain. LEAD by example Defense first, leads to great offensive opportunities ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ. Secondly, I like Hellberg, but he needs to choose postside when blocked in front, and trust his glove, stick and blocker to cover the offside!! Secondly he also needs to do some drills and work on glove, blocker coordination; going down, stacking up, and back to skates quickly. Seriously he's a big guy & covers a lot of net, just needs to work on quickly getting the look from the post, trusting his offside blocker glove, stacking & setting. Disappointed in 5 hole goals
Refs 6 Detroit 2, Getting those silly penalties early ,set the stage for the game. Detroit was as grapes would say .They were Dopey in this game!
Get Raymond a one way ticket back to Sweden ,I realize he just coming back from injury but that was pitiful performance By him and Larkin.
@NHL. It is a well-known fact that your officiating has been abysmal this season. One team getting called for stuff that both teams are doing is pretty tacky. It's been happening all season. Regardless of how many PP goals were scored or how many were killed, it affects the team and how they play the game. You need to get it in check because the officiating has been embarrassing the league.
