Makar was going to be a lock. Same with Karlsson, as there’s no way they’re not going to include a 100 point defenseman as a Norris finalist.
As for Fox, well, Fox has a really fucking good all around season, so it’s hard to argue with that.
If Karlsson didn’t put up 100 points, I can see Hughes fighting for that 3rd spot besides Fox and Makar.

Simply cannot stand this Hughes erasure. In my humble opinion Hughes should be there instead of Makar, especially this season with Hughes’ performance and Makar’s lack of play and honestly not very exciting season. Fox deserves his spot tho.
