  1. Wheeler didn't have a single point in the playoffs. But hey, he's a rookie, he'll be just fine. Phil Kessel played horribly in the playoffs last year, but he was one of the points leaders this time around.
I fucking love Blake Wheeler though. He's going places.

  2. the numerous NHL games is a big adjustment from college hockey, blake wheeler should have been rookie of the year i watched all of the goals and the other rookies had skill goals but none of them dangled 4 guys to score a shorthanded goal! scoring a fancy goal is not as awsome as schooling 4 pro hockey players

  3. Like they say, the playoffs are a whole other animal. Plus, The B's scratched him in favor of Byron Bitz in the Carolina series.

  4. Oshie is going to be ana amzing hocey player but his goal was not that amazing. the defenceman slipped to make it look like he got deked out but he slipped, luongo overplayed oshie and was so far out of his net i dont get why everyone thinks it was a better goal than wheelers wheeler was shorthanded and took on 5 players and scored(including goalie who made the origional save on wheeler)

  5. oshies goal was pretty good, but i think this goal was way better. he single handledly took down the whole team and put the puck in the net

  6. well NHL seems to agree with me on their video highlights of the year check the goals of the year Blake wheeler is number 1

  7. uhh they put like the whole team on him…and he's 6'4…if one check was missed they'd have been more fucked than they already were

  8. it was all forwards defending infront of him #21 from the blues actually tried to defend wheeler, #57 and the rest watched 😛 im not gonna name names cuz i know who they are haha

  9. i remember watching him as a green bay gambler in the ushl…i thought he was the coolest! he's one of my fav players in the nhl 🙂

  10. as nice as this goal is, i gotta give credit when credits due: that was a SICK save with the stick on the first Wheeler shot before he put the rebound in

  11. This goal never would have happened if Perron and Berglund weren't standing there letting him dick around like that.
    But again, very nice.

  12. This is nothing compared to his goal on the ground in ot in the championship when he was in college

  13. Wheeler was a player that always frustrated me. Good first year, but he just could never really flourish here in Boston. I'm glad he's playing better in Winnipeg.

  14. I know those kids comments are 3 years ago, but kids if you think Berglund and Perron are just standing there then you guys need to see and eye doctor, they both try to body check and poke check but fail.
