Boston's fans have blamed every body expected the panthers we out played you out worked you out coached you!!!!!
Monty made such a bad desion by not alternating Swayman and Ullmark. Swayman should of been put in way earlier. I don't care if Ullmark wins the vezina trophy. You suck like hell in the playoffs! This is a time when I miss Rask.
as a Bruins fan and someone who almost watched all 82 games this year, to see them choke this hard was a big f you to bergeron and krejci's faces, and that was really more tough than letting this amazing season go to waste. but this is a solid take on things. Ultimately, 99% of what went wrong was self-inflicted, and they deserve the embarrassment and to lose the series after the way they played and coached.
All teams have injuries, wah, wah….. no more goalie hugs
Note to self: round 2 in the playoffs is more important than the presidents trophy.
The Bruins overperformed in the regular season. The Panthers split wins with the Bruins in the regular season. The matchup favored Florida.

2011 Boston team was their best team of all time.
All teams deal with injuries, you gotta fight through that. I think this is a simple case of a great team looking past a seemingly inferior team, then getting scared when they realized they were in for a fight. Like Mike Tyson said “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face”. They let fear take over and succumbed to it. Fear over the realization they were not as good as they thought, and fear that their opponent would not quit. Panthers felt the same last year, even though they made it (barely) to the second round, where they got smoked.
I picked Florida in 6, cause bulk of of the team were former President Trophy winners, when you combine the two seasons, Florida wasn't as far off as one think. Boston had a lot things that went their way, so no need to adapt a different style once successful. However like Avs and Tampa Bay president trophy winners, good scout and coaching staff are looking to break down ur game.TB did that to Florida last year and Florida had to play in my situation just to get in playoffs this year, wwlhich made player and staff working out adjust daily. And how will the goalie hold up, is key point when having 2 untested playoff goalies

Monty decide to leave Linus between the pipes… that plays on all player confidence on game 6 and before… But on game 6 the boys work hard to get the goal lead… result 30 sec later after 1 shot only… panthers score and score again… imagine playing defence and knew you cant let 1 shot in… cause if you do… its a guaranteed goal for the opposite team…
While I don't like this Team, I'm not willing to say that there's A Problem, even though I was of The Belief that They'd Be The First President's Trophy Winner to Win The Stanley Cup since The 2013 Chicago Blackhawks – who, ironically, beat them to Win The Stanley Cup, that year. I think that The Problem, as it's mentioned in Your Video, the fact that Linus Ullmark was Playing Injured. I Wouldn't Be Overreacting. In another case of Irony, in 1971-72, because of An Injury to Jean Ratelle, of The New York Rangers, They Ironically Got Beat By, Guess Who, Yep This Team. LOL. It's Coincidence And Irony. As I'd Mentioned, in 2013, I thought that there'd be A Game 7, in Chicago, and, before I knew it, The Chicago Blackhawks had Scored 2 Goals in 17 Seconds, to Win The Stanley Cup at TD Garden. Excuses; if he was as injured as they say A.) he wouldnt have started so well & B.) BOS woulda gone with Swayman considering he's not even a backup, they're a TANDEM!
OR maybe the bruins coaches ARENT total idiots for not going with Swayman and Ullmark really was fine and just not playing like himself for non injury reasons 🤷♂

Well let's now downplay Florida, they found their game and was not bad at all.

considering the NYR were the LOWER seed vs NJD and not 40+pnts ahead of their opp like BOS was – its interesting you SHREDDED the NYR /Riding NJ"s D for a whole video but spent the one about Boston making more excuses than i can count…

It's not like every armchair fan is smarter than the BOS staff, they know they have the best 'backup' in the nhl and played Ullmark despite a 'magical injury that didnt stop him playin well at the start' – ullmark wasn't injured and if he was it wasnt enough to be a good excuse…
If Ullmark was that injured he wouldn't have played 6 games, I'm sure Swayman had better stats than most of the league and he was the backup, no reason not to play him if it was that dire.
Panthers are the better team. Didn’t take long for the excuses to start. Bruins are a joke just like their fans. Trash team landfill fans.
Injuries happen part of the game.I was reminded that when Tampa cheated the cap when Kucherov was magically injured ALL YEAR that Tampa still was a top team w/o him in the lineup all year.
Now as to the goalie Ullmark yeah he is a decent goalie but goalies all play 100% identical they just auto go down on their knees and guess so there isn't really much difference from goalie to goalie it is far more about the TEAM in front of the goalie.
If there is a difference it is how goalies control rebounds but there is no stat that I know of,save % is far from an accurate measure of a goaleis play good teams goalies typically just have good save %. example Swayman on that same Boston team had the fourth highest save % in the league so Boston has the 1 and 4 goalies so yeah numbers for goalies don't mean much of anything.
There is for example anotehr factor sometimes coaches will play the backeup when back to back games and if playing the second game the team is likely to be a bit more tired and not help the goalie as they might the main starter.
Long story short…I wish people would quit talking about goalies they do NOT decide games the TEAM does and even the refs are a bigger factor than the goalies.Geesh Florida moved on and Bobrovsky's numbers were not good at all they were actually pretty bad.
The reason the Bruins lost is because the playoffs are a totally different game including the way the refs call the game or lack of calls allowing a lot more clutching holding interference.The top end teams defense seems to have figured out to interfere or impede the offensive players in a subtle way that doesn't get called but make no mistake there is a LOT of interference in every game that is not being called.
Bruins lost because they choked. Forget the injurys.

Probably every player has some type of injury this time of year. It’s an excuse for the massive choke job.
so either Ullmark somehow hid his injury from the team, or the Bruins management is just idiots, Swayman should've gotten game 5 and 6, throw Ullmark back in for game 7 if they need him.

Florida wanted this series more than the Bruins. Bruins should have been headed to 2nd round but that's why the game is played on the ice. Stop make excuses. Florida was hungry to win. I didn't see that with the Bruins.
So I disagree because it was him leaving the net to pass the puck to the enemy for an easy goal that was so stupid in game 5 that he is blaming injury for him sucking so badly!
He let up soft goals. What was it an eye injury he had?
Teams with goalie problems are now chomping at the bit for Swayman in the off-season book it
Or maybe the excuses are trying to cover the fact they blew the season the way they did. The back up goalie was healthy. Teams won in the past without their starting goalie. Bruins just were outplayed and out coaches. Let’s be honest. Every team at the end of the year has injuries in their line up. There’s no excuses why a team losses a series other than just not hungry or good enough.

Excuses. You can’t assume Swayman would have fared any better. Florida played a great series and Boston D had too many turnovers and got beat to too many pucks. The Maple Leafs are having issues with them too

Makes sense🤷♂ This was one of the best comprised teams you'll ever see in your life so I told all B's fans It would be an EPIC choke if they won't win the cup. With that said, NHL should pull a NBA and start resting their top players towards playoff time. Seems like Bruins were not just chasing regular season records but padding them. Well, they got their regular season records, and nothing else.
