The Anaheim Ducks have landed the second-overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft Lottery, likely meaning Michigan forward Adam Fantilli will be headed to Orange County at the Draft in June. Jason Hernandez of Locked On Ducks joins Gil Martin of Locked On NHL to break down the lottery results and what they mean for a talented Ducks team that massively underperformed on their way to the worst record in the NHL in 2022-23.

Ducks will more than likely draft Fantilli and very excited to have him on the team!
That suck that duck didn’t win the one draft
I was just about to get into hockey and figured ducks cause I live in Anaheim. After seeing how rigged that felt to have the 3rd best odds go to 1 then ducks fo second which I guess isn’t bad. But the blackhawks got rid of their players and still got “lucky” also blackhawks the bigger market so very disappointed don’t feel like being a fan or care for hockey after seeing this
I remember the last consolation prize. Bobby Ryan was really good but not Crosby good.
more so disappointed at a team that should have been penalized multiple 1st round picks getting #1.
That was rigged
