  1. I always love that when a player is injured on the ice (I don't like that, that that'd be inhumane) on the road how class most of the fans are. Although they'd love to see their team win they appreciate the sport and everyone who plays it. Hopefully Brossoit makes a full recovery.

  2. Love it when the colour guy is previewing a replay on his own monitor and doing a description while everyone had home is going “what the hell is he talking about”.

  3. Get better, Brossoit! I used to watch him from behind-the-net seats when he played in Bakersfield and really took a liking to him.

  4. Gotta be a pulled groin. Brutal for a hockey player, especially a goalie. Hope he recovers quickly.

  5. high ankle? you can see perfectly in the overhead at the end it happens right as he attempts to extend the right toe

  6. I think he threw that hip out again, poor guy. I have to give kudos to Edmonton fans for giving a standing ovation to an opposition goalie in a playoff game, I'm a Vegas fan and that was just outstanding. If Edmonton wins the series and that could very well happen with their top 2 players I have to tip my hat to them and their fans. Gotta love hockey and their fans, class all the way.

  7. Well Brossoit has been having bad luck lately so yes it does suck he’s hurt but at least Vegas backed him up and put Hill in net.

Very happy that Vegas redeemed themselves after an embarrassing game 2.

  8. Hate to see an injury, but it could end up being a blessing for the Knights. He had given up 10 goals in less than 5 periods. I figured after game 2, that Hill would start game 3. After relieving in game 2, and about 2 1/2 periods in game 3, Hill still hasn't given up a goal. I don't expect him to shut the Oilers out the next 2 games, but they might not have to score 5 or 6 just to have a chance like they would with LB in there.

  9. I wish Laurent Brossoit a speedy recovery. He was doing so well too. Very unfortunate. Also very classy by Oilers fans to cheer him on getting up, (albeit with some help). Hate to see goalies get injured. Really do. Best wishes from Xivoz the Wild fan Brossoit!

  10. If it's that hip again, he might be done and dusted. It's extremely difficult for a keeper to come back from hip injuries, Rask being the latest example.
