Time to hype myself up that he’s gonna be an all star NHL center

Well they’ll get as good or better a look than anyone else at Carlsson. Portzline also said last night he thinks Carlsson or Smith will be the pick

All season. *All season* we said we wanted dead last to guarantee a top 3 pick and a shot at a 1C. We did it. Mission: accomplished.

I am so prepared to love and support the hell out of Leo.

This chip on our CBJ shoulders has doubled in size

I have such a bad feeling that we are taking Smith.

This is awesome for us. We’ll have a much better idea if he’s our guy at 3 or not. Who knows, maybe he even plays his way into number 2 and we get Fantilli after all.

  7. I know people are still reeling, but this seriously a huge deal. As the OP mentions, Sweden rarely picks young players for Worlds. For him to make the team is a huge deal and shows there’s a lot of talent there.

I honestly feel like Carlsson, Smith, and Danielson all have 1C potential and ability. I’m fine with any of the three. Hell, Yager probably has just as good a chance as those three as well – he would have been a top 10 pick last year. Let’s just see how the process shakes out.

Completely forgot about Boumedienne; talk about having a man on the inside!

I hope he goes absolutely ballistic to the point Anaheim takes him and leaves us Fantilli
