Giordano looks like Mr. Bean. I love seeing this guy skate around on the ice. If he came out on the ice one day with a turkey on his head… my damn mind would be blown and I could die a happy boy.
His age has nothing to do with anything. It's his play on the ice. 90% of the goals scored against when he was on the ice was a result of his D partner screwing up. He rarely makes defensive mistakes. He blocks tons of shots and has great stick for breaking up plays and passes. Also, he's a great PP guy. Liilligren and Holl make way more mistakes game in game out. He's the best defensive player on the team.
If he's a liability, then why is he in the top 25 in the league plus minus stats. Think about it. He's a huge asset.
