  1. There's been so few flyers over the years that can actually get the puck to the middle of the ice with any regularity. Frost isn't really quite there yet in terms of being a guy that's relentlessly attacking the heart of a defense, but he's got the chops to make a silky move to beat a defender and work the puck into the middle. Once he's there, we all know he can make goalies pay. TK has been a similar story over recent years but he's learned to find more greasy opportunities in between the circles. I'm glad coach is giving these guys 22+ minutes per game because we need them to keep attacking defenses if they will ever become consistent top offensive players in the league.

  2. I want tort briere combo as gm and ops role

I’m happy coots will sit doesn’t need to play just get 100%

    Frost definitely stays

  3. Hey, wanted to clarify.

You stated that teams who tanked did not win titles often. I take this to mean frequently picking at the top of the draft for 2-4 years.

Last year, the Stanley cup final was between the avalanche and the lightning. Their cores are full of high draft picks (Hedman, Stamkos, Mackinnon, Makar).

This seems to contradict your statement. Am I misunderstanding your point in regard to roster construction?

  4. So guys who will be named President of Hockey Ops….have you heard any good sources mentioning anything?
