Portland Winterhawks The Kamloops Blazers beat the Winterhawks 10-4 in Portland to advance to the WHL Western Conference finals. The Blazers’ goals were scored by Olen Zellweger Matthew Seminoff , Logan Stankoven Kyle Masters and Caedan Bankier. Diego Buttazzoni , Ryan McCleary and Jack O’Brien scored for the Winterhawks. Seminoff opened score 31 seconds and Blazers took a 3-0 lead in middle of first period, but Portland scored two quick goals 3-2 a row. Then the floodgates were opened. Blazers scored five goals in the second period, leading 8-4 in the second half. Zellweger and Bankier scored goals without assists in the third round, making the match a 10-4 final.
