  1. So much bullshit,I'm not an Edmonton fan but I do know that when one team gets called for every little penalty and the other runs around high sticking and slew footing and not getting called, the players change the way they play , this would explain why their were only 4 calls in the last game. The NHL refs should be held accountable for their bad calls.

  2. ** JUST SAYING ! if NURSE had got an end of season suspension OILERS WOULD HAVE WON IT ALL !! He IS a SLUG !

  3. Said it before the playoffs the Oilers suck 5 on 5. Not shocked.

  4. I think sometimes when you are too deep in the bush you stop seeing the trees. Even a Pro coach can miss the obvious. Leon Draisaitl gets lost defensively at times particularly when someone has taken the time to scrutinize his play. He is a great hockey player but he really looked like a lost puppy, when Vegas was pushing in the Oilers zone. Oiler coach could have remedied that by not putting him on against Vegas top shooters, and talking about what is expected of him.

  5. How do you stop EDM? Stay out of the box, plain and simple. They aren't good even strength. One dimension team that needs "TEAM DEFENSE".

  6. All and all most of the Oilers looked a step behind most of the time last night. Beaten constantly to the puck and checking them selves by over skating it, miss handling it, not seeing the open man and not reading the play defensively. There were several times when an Oiler would try keeping the puck to look for a play when it was clear the puck should have been whipped in deep around the boards. It was just a lot of over thinking. At times very disorganized.

  7. Vegas had Skinner figured out. Pulling him 3 times in 6 games and not starting Campbell the following game was confusing to me. Especially since Campbell looked good in relief.

  8. ive said it all year… i like this william karlson WAY MORE than the 42 goals in the regular season we got from him in year one.

  9. Yea it's hilarious that people keep saying, well you have mcdavid and draisaitl, the two best players in the leauge and you can't win a cup, but actually look at how they both played in the last two games, not good enough.

  10. And oilers fans were bitching about how the oilers had the greatest powerplay ever lol…thats the thing they were only good at powerplays lmao…

  11. Im no expert but maybe playing McDavid and Draisaitl half the game in the first round vs. LA might have gassed them?

  12. I'm surprised the Oilers can't really win without their powerplay. You can't assume you're gonna get 5 powerplays every night and blow every team out of the water to the way of the Stanley Cup.

  13. Draisaitl has always been a defensive liability & will continue to be going forward. Elite finisher but confused without the puck & wondering in own zone. Brutal bad team for 10 years straight, now only 1 year left to cash in before "trade Draisaitl" talk will start to heat up.
