Daily videos covering the NFL and NHL with a focus on the Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins. Fan reactions, Full Game Livestreams, same day recaps, next day reviews and more! Fans of all teams welcome, many of my longterm subscribers are fans of the Tampa Bay Lighting, Toronto Maples Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes and more! I fully cover the NHL playoffs as well regardless of if my team makes the postseason, so if you are a Colorado Avalanche fan, a Winnipeg Jets fan or even an Edmonton Oilers or Vegas Knights fan this channel will be for you. Many people ask me what teams do I hate and my answer is NONE! Some people expect me to hate the NY Rangers or Boston Bruins since I am a Florida Panthers fan, but the reality is even since the NJ Devils and NY Islanders have beaten us in the playoffs, no ill will from me. I will admit however that I am not a huge fan of seeing teams like the Buffalo Sabres and Detroit Red Wings become good and possibly better than my Panthers. Nor do I enjoy the older teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals continuing to be as good as or better than my team, mainly because those teams have been so consistent over the years. Of course, I do enjoy seeing players who we traded do well in other cities like the Philadelphia Flyers and Vancouver Canucks, but I am used to it.

In terms of my Miami Dolphins, I will admit my feelings about the Buffalo Bills, NY Jets and especially the New Englad Patriots are not exactly loving. In addition, seeing teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars and NY Giants make it as far or further than the Dolphins is upsetting. I will admit to NOT liking the Kansas City Chiefs, and having a soft spot for the Green Bay Packers. Just like the NHL, I cover the NFL playoffs as well so even if you are a Cincinnati Bengals fan, or even a San Francisco 49’s or Philadelphia Eagles fan, again this channel will be for you. Teams I am hoping will make the playoffs next season include the Detroit Lions, NY Jets and maybe even the Denver Broncos, just for the fun of it all!

If you have read this far and figured out that I am trying to write a description that gets in as many keywords as possible , you are correct. The algorithm is not my friend as you might imagine after 6+ years of making videos, so I am willing to try every trick in the book!

I also have a daily Mon-Fri podcast for YT members and Patreon supporters as well, links above

  2. It was Maurice first term with the Hurricanes when he took them to the 2002 Stanley Cup Finals

  3. Two good looking legends right there….oh wait, I thought this was Kyle and Cortana. 😂 Here’s to a hell of a series Jaws!!! 🐆🏒

  4. Nicks right, the Panthers have won 6 of their 8 games on the road, and have gone 2-3 on home ice wouldn't be surprised to see them eliminated on home ice.

  5. All I know for sure is this is going to be a fast, hard and exciting series. Any one who says they know how this series will play is just blowing smoke. Just sit back and enjoy as a Panther's fan we don't usually see this much post season action.
I just hope that Barkov, Tkachuk, Swaggy, Louostrainen, Forsling can find the scoring touch from the start. They have all seemed to cool off a bit. It would also be nice to get Lomberg back for a little extra depth and grind game. The grind game does work for our talent pool. And how about a shout out Gudas and Cousins the most unlikely heros.

  6. Hurricanes is the first team I actually fear in playoffs. They can really move to make Panthers D-men look bad. Bob can be full of holes in the first game. First game can be really bad for the Panthers. After that it is up to adjustments. It is the real challenge for Paul Maurice. Puck luck is over now. Now it is all about executing.

  7. Only thing I disagree with is even strength. Florida was 4th this year in Even strength goals. While Carolina is 14th… 5v5 favors the Cats

  8. Anyone have an xtra ticket for any Panthers home games?

I think this will be the toughest challenge the Canes will have faced this postseason…

  9. Gonna be a fun series. Whoever wins is the team I'm rooting for in the Stanley Cup Finals. Can't have a Western Conference team win the Cup.

  10. Why start talking about the Eastern conference now? This guy doesn't talk Eastern conference? All he does is trash Eastern conference teams & fans. Don't bother subscribing to this guy. He has zero respect for Eastern conference and even less knowledge. So nobody should care what he thinks

But I guess it's a way to get clicks.

  11. This is Eric Staal's 18th NHL season. It would have been his 20th if it had not been for the 2004-2005 NHL Lockout, and him not being signed by any NHL team for the 2021-2022 season. He also played in three shortened seasons – the 2012-2013 lockout, and 2-COVID seasons – 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Eric Staal would have had 500 NHL goals by now. He scored 14 goals this season and currently stands at 455 career goals. He is 45 goals shy of 500. He can get his 500th NHL goal by scoring 15 goals each season for the next three seasons. No word yet on what will happen to Eric Staal after this season. Will Florida re-sign him? Does he want to keep playing? Does he want the 500th goal? Will any other team sign him? Will he retire? If Florida wins the Stanley Cup this season, he should return! He could be the 50th or 51st member of the NHL 500+ goals club. His competition for the # 50 spot is Patrick Kane. Evgeni Malkin will be the 48th member of the NHL 500+ goals club, and Joe Pavelski will be the 49th.

  12. Eric Staal and Rod Brind'Amour were teammates on the Carolina Hurricanes' 2006 Stanley Cup championship. They were teammates for 6 seasons (2003-2010). 2004-2005 was the lockout.

The Staal Brothers Stanley Cup Championships

    2006 – Eric Staal – Carolina Hurricanes
    2009 – Jordan Staal – Pittsburgh Penguins

    Marc Staal – None

  13. This is the series where now more than ever I feel the Panthers will need to unlock Anthony Duclair speed to create rush chances and open up the defense. Also looking for Brandon Montour to be active on offense and pull those forwards and defenseman out of position to create big scoring chances.
