I watched the Stars in '97-'00….kinda checked out for a while I guess…I've enjoyed this run. Are they a championship team? Idk let's see. Either way , great season.

This team is a few pieces ( defensively ) away from being a Cup Winner IMO. Vegas is bigger stronger and deeper defensively , but it’s hockey. If Jake gets hot and the offense continues to score , they can still win a CUP this year. My pick is Vegas in 6 , but the Stars are going to be in the mix over the next few years . The contracts of Benn & Tyler are going to limit what the Stars can do to improve their D Corps in Free Agency , but Harley is becoming a star before our eyes.
