good hit, however … It's one of those hits that if the player was shorter or Stastny was leaning forward like Meier was… I don't know how you handle that. It's frustrating so much onus is on the player getting hit not to put his head in a vulnerable position for a good clean shoulder check by a bigger dude. That just feels … backwards.

Good textbook hit, stick down, leaned in with the shoulder, no elbow.
Great hit. Bastian is 6’-4” so he can generate a lot of pop like this without throwing an elbow or a cheap hit.
