i will go ahead and throw out a preliminary comment, if that elite forward is a center of true top flight talent then it would be worth flipping a coin on, otherwise if its anything less than that then no unless we are talking multiple pieces. Saros is low key top 5 goalies in the league over the last couple years and his future is only brighter for the next couple, if we are trading him we have to get something that is the same level of game changer and it needs to also be in an area of deep need such as top line center, maybe we dont require a top 5 center for a top 5 goalie but i dont think its unreasonable to be requiring a potential top 10 center league wide if we are giving up that level of talent
I'm all for a trade. I'll take McDavid and Draisaitl for Saros.
I say BIG NO to Juuse trade, goalie is your most important player on the team, period. Even if the trade would be for Matthews, it's still a big no no
