Does Connor McDavid need a Stanley Cup to be the GOAT ? 🐐

After another playoff exit for the Oilers, does McDavid need a Cup to be considered the greatest of all time? #nhl #nhlplayoffs #hockey

  1. Mcdavid is the first player in THIRTY YEARS to score 150 points. Oilers are a goalie away from winning a cup

  2. You look at someone likr Marcel Dionne who was number 2 in points fir a long time never win a cup no one mentions him as one of the greats. If Macdavid doesnt win a cup over time its possible the same would happen to him

  3. What's up with all of these 20 somethings dismissing the legitimate GOATS like Gretzky and Jordan.

  4. The GOAT in hockey is The Great One. McDavid is a very skilled player but he ain’t no Gretzky. Until he breaks Gretzky’s records in points per game, Stanley Cup rings and overall points, goals and assists, he will always be “one of the greatest players in the history of the NHL” but not the Greatest.

  5. McDavid is a unidimensional player, only offense, his defensive play is very poor, unless he learns to play a good 200 foot game, he won't win a Stanley cup, Crosby is a more complete player than him, even Draisaitl is.

  6. It’ll def be tarnished , doesn’t matter if he breaks more records and rewrites the history books.
If he doesn’t hoist Lord Stanley that’s what’ll we be remembered.

  7. Holy Christ it’s not live Ovi didn’t take 15 years to win a cup and I don’t remember hearing him being called out the same way. Also ask them if Price has a tarnished rep I bet you they’d say no. Winning is hard.

  8. Did he just call McDavid the greatest hockey player of all time?

Give your balls a tug kid. That’s Wayne Gretzky. It will always be Wayne Gretzky.
